What is the purpose of this Toolkit?
Kids grow out of many things, but vaccines are not one of them. Every year, 1.5 million people die from vaccine-preventable diseases in the world. The CDC recommends that adolescents visit their doctor each year for check-ups. Now is the time to get up to date on well visits and vaccinations. Stay healthy this winter and protect yourself from flu. There are convenient locations in your community ready to get you flu vaccinated!
This toolkit is designed to help you, our valued partners, amplify the Don't Wait. Vaccinate. messages and call to action with key audiences.
