Prioritizing Preventive Health Through Vaccination: Valentine’s Edition!

Valentine’s Day is coming, so don’t get cooties! We all have them, but by staying fully up-to-date on all recommended vaccines you too can be just like a vaccine this Valentine’s Day, keeping yourself and others safe and protected from serious illness and preventable diseases.  

Friends don’t let friend stay unprotected, so read on to review the recommended vaccine schedule to make sure you and yours are up to date this Valentine’s season.  

Recommended Vaccines for All Ages 

Are you a vaccine? Because I’d like a second dose of you! We know keeping track of your vaccine dosing schedule may seem overwhelming, but thanks to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s recommended vaccines schedule, it’s easy to stay on top of it. Use their graphics to make sure you have the most recent yearly recommendations. Make a plan with your healthcare provider to start off the new year strong and stay up to date on all recommended vaccines.

Consult a doctor or pharmacist to make the best decisions for your health. If you have a pre-existing medical condition or other indication, please make sure to make decisions as advised by your doctor and guided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Specific indications can also be reviewed for adolescents and young adults online.  

Loving you is like a vaccine: life-saving and essential! So, however you choose to spread the love this Valentine’s Day, make sure you and your loved ones are fully up to date on all recommended vaccinations!
